Ten House: “ FDNY Ten House, Engine Company 10 and Ladder Company 10, 124 Liberty Street, is across the street from the World Trade Center site. The Ten House is one of only two of the 220 FDNY firehouses that house an engine and ladder company with the same numbers. On September 11, 2001, five members from the Ten House made the supreme sacrifice. We will never forget the 343 firefighters we lost only steps from here."
